Maddi began volunteering for Treasure Seekers at the Lighthouse in October 2020 and then started as bank staff in January 2021. She loves getting involved in all the Lighthouse activities and helping the students achieve their goals and she still volunteers there every week. In May 2021 until September 2022 Maddi also joined our Support at The Cavern team. Maddi has previously worked in retail, sales, as a support worker and in support work management and is passionate about helping others boost their skills, confidence and wellbeing. She is currently doing a psychology degree outside of work and has previous qualifications in Media Studies and Creative Practices. Maddi moved to Gloucester from Wales fifteen years ago. She lives with her partner, son and cat and they love going on walks and exploring nature. Outside of work, Maddi enjoys photography, creative writing and cooking for friends and family.
